WHAT WE DO… We will get children moving and experiencing a wide range of techniques for example: aerobics, yoga, dance, ball skills, running, swimming, gymnastics. All of our activities in our fitness programme, accommodate children of varying physical abilities and needs and ensure that the activities we offer at our Kids Life Studio® Lifestyle Venues encourage 100% participation. Ultimately we want children to understand the importance of exercise on their well being and increase the chance that enjoyable physical activity will become a permanent part of their daily lives.
WHAT CHILDREN WILL ACHIEVE… Fitness classes help develop self esteem and positive associations with exercise, healthy eating and stress management. Once children begin to regularly incorporate fitness into their daily lives, they are more likely to modify other health factors to complement their healthy lifestyles.
