Hi, I am Caroline Baudet from Madrid, Spain. I have created JoyStudy to help pre-teens, teenagers and young adults find their strengths to achieve the results they want to get and find their own path. I support them throughout this beautiful journey of self-discovery during which they can build their confidence, learn how to communicate more effectively with their family, peers & teachers while understanding and managing their emotions so they can make better choices.

Before finding my purpose in life, I was changing jobs frequently. I was an anxious person who lacked self-confidence. I wasn’t aware of my strengths at that time. Working alongside a coach has helped me realise who I am and my true purpose. Through healthy habits & routines, self-awareness, self-management as well as effective communication, I was able to attain a meaningful and positive life.

This is why coaching pre-teens, teens and young adults has become my passion! I want to support them so they can start pursuing their dreams as early as possible.
