Hi, I’m Shirley and I reside in Alberta, Canada. In addition to Kids Life Coaching, I am a Professional Certified Coach since 2010.

I witness many professionals and managers who are the victims of layoffs, discrimination, unfair treatment, and bullying at the workplace. Surprisingly, some of them were also the victims of childhood trauma. I provide coaching support so that they can rebrand their childhood and become resilient and agile leaders in their own lives. I bring a tailor-made approach for every client, to define their unique purpose, unlock their potential in the process and optimize their well-being.

My mission is to create a safe, supportive and happy learning environment where people can unleash their talents and potentials with no boundaries and limits. I believe that everyone can be a change maker when they care and commit to leadership development. I value integrity as it is the foundation of building a trusting relationship with my clients, hope as seeing the beauty in imperfection, love of self and others, and resilience as the ability to bounce back from every failure and setback.
